325 Power Street — property trust condition

Guide summary — not the official question

Penticton voters will also decide whether to remove a property-use restriction from a 1912 trust. Removing it would let the City use, transfer or lease the property without that trust condition. Yes supports removing the condition; No opposes its removal.

Ballot choices: Yes or No. This is separate from choosing candidates.
